We are a couple of students looking to short-term sublet a space in a master double in our 3BR unit, located just a few blocks off of University Ave at 454 Ruthven Ave, between September 5-20 (start date may be earlier, and dates are flexible).

The space will be fully furnished soon, and more/better photos to come. Rate is $50 per night, or $40 per night if 7 nights or more. Male applicants only.
