We are a couple of students looking to short-term sublet two of three spaces in a master bedroom in our 3BR unit, located just a few blocks off of University Ave at 454 Ruthven Ave, between September 5-20 (start date may be earlier, and dates are flexible). Since this will be a shared space, all subletters will be personally vetted to make sure your roommates are friendly and easy to live with!

Rate is $50 per night, or $40 per night if 7 nights or more.
