The location is a 10-15 minute walk from California Avenue and Caltrain station, 10-15 minute bike ride to Stanford campus and a short bike to Trader Joe’s or Grocery Outlet.

The room has wardrobe space, and comes with a queen-size bed frame and mattress, desk and office chair. The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Outside there is space for two cars on the driveway and parking on the road, garage storage space and a locked bike shed in the back yard.

Rent is $1300 per month, not including utilities and internet, and a months rent is required as deposit upon signing the lease. Looking for someone to sign for a minimum of six months. No pets.
