This is a house in West Menlo Park and there will be one room available by the first of March and another one by the end of March.

Beautiful outdoor area, 2 miles to Stanford University, Downtown Menlo Park and Palo Alto. Can be rented together for 2200$ or separate for 1150$ per room monthly.
Rent includes: all utilities (water, electricity, garbage..) interne, laundry. There will be an extra fee of 60$ per month for cleaning the rooms once a week.
Rooms are furnished with: bed, Sofa, Desk, Fridge, Table and chairs, Closet. Extra storage area, parking, one of the rooms has TV. No kitchen, but there are a small fridge, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
No smoking or pets allowed, limited visitors.

The landlords are super nice and there is a porch outside very helpful for the bike not to get soaked when it rains.
