Fully furnished private bedroom with a private bathroom in my clean and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Menlo Park, conveniently located near the Caltrain Station and downtown Menlo Park (Santa Cruz Ave). The apartment is approximately a 20-minute bike ride or 10-minute drive from Stanford University.

This space is ideal for short-term stays, especially visiting scholars, interns, or Stanford affiliates.

• $100/night for one guest
• Maximum occupancy: 2 guests (+$10/night for second guest)
• Female and Stanford-affiliated guests preferred
• Private bathroom
• In-unit laundry
• Parking available on site
• Light kitchen use permitted (reheating meals or very light cooking)
• Furnished (bed and office desk station)
• Short term(max 4wks) open to negotiation
• Available from July 1st onward

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $300 or 50% of the total stay cost (whichever is lower) is required and will be returned upon check-out, provided there is no damage.
