Only the front entrance and the door to the garage on the first floor so it offers great privacy. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and is an end unit so the room has windows on two walls and has plenty of daylight. Available sometime between Sept 1 and Sept 16 (determined by the move-out date of the existing tenant). Tenant can choose either a 9 or 12-month lease.

Townhouse is located just south of the Lawrence Expressway exit of 101 (right across from AMD headquarter). Ample of street parking just outside the entrance of the townhouse. No pets, guns, drugs, or overnight guests please. Solo occupants only (no couples or room sharing). The townhouse is also equipped with A/C but the first floor is generally cool enough even during hot summer days. It comes with a full size bed, a large desk, a bookshelf, and a night stand.
