I'm moving out of my cozy little studio towards mid-end September. I've lived here for two years and this is a very beautiful and cosy cottage in Palo Alto. The location is fantastic with a 5-min drive to Safeway, MilkPail, Whole Foods and also plenty of restaurants along El Camino. Its a 10 min drive to Stanford along Junipero Serra, a 10 min drive to Arastradero Preserve and very close to the walking/biking trail where the famous Shrek Donkey lives :)
This unit is fully furnished, beautifully done up and I've always had people complement me on how "cute" my place looks :) The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, utensils, appliances. There is a cute little private yard with a bench on one side as well as a patio in the front. But the best part about this place has got to be the owners who live behind the unit. They are most wonderful, treat me like family and extremely prompt with anything I've asked them for - repairs/replacements/requests.
The only reason I'm moving out is that this unit is not suitable for pets and I need to move to a pet friendly apartment soon. So putting a note out here for anyone looking for a great place to live because I'd like to help them find someone nice to occupy the unit.
