The room itself is quite large, and will come fully furnished (large bed, TV, bookcase, dressers, shoe racks). The room has an attached private master bathroom with a tub, large glass-enclosed shower and dual sinks. The room also has a big walk-in closet.

Monthly rent is $2100, not including utilities, which are not a substantial expense (we have solar panels).

The house is at the corner of Charleston and El Camino, about a 10-15 minute drive from campus.
