THE APARTMENT:
The building itself is about a year old and is conveniently located steps away from the California Avenue Caltrain station and various shops and restaurants on California Ave. We're also a short drive / bike ride away from Stanford.

The living room comes fully furnished with a full-size IKEA mattress and bed frame, book case, nightstand with two drawers, one or two canvas wardrobes for storage/privacy, and a room divider for additional privacy. You’ll have a large window facing an interior courtyard and access to the balcony. If you'd prefer to bring your own furniture, we can accommodate that as well.
 
You'll be sharing a bathroom with one of us and you'll have full access to the kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer (no more coins!), and the rooftop pool and hot tub.

ABOUT US (YOUR ROOMMATES):
We are two young professionals in our 20s (one male and one female) who graduated from Stanford in 2015.

• James works as a designer at an architecture firm in Palo Alto. In his spare time, he enjoys music, wine, going on random adventures around the Bay Area/the world, and engaging in all sorts of athletic pursuits, be it running, spin class, or beach volleyball.
• Gabi works as a healthcare analyst at an economic consulting firm in Menlo Park. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, adventuring around SF, seeking out comedy clubs, and spontaneous dancing.
   
  We both work full-time, Monday-Friday, and are usually home on weeknights and at least some of the time on weekends. We both have independent lives, but are quite social and enjoy hanging out with each other.
   
  ABOUT YOU:
  We are looking for someone who is clean and communicative. With the kitchen and bathroom shared, we want to make sure that everyone is courteous and responsible for their own messes.
   
  THE BASICS:
  Our lease terminates on July 22, 2017, and we are looking for someone to sign our renewal lease with us, ideally for 6-months or 1-year. The exact move in date is flexible.

utilities vary, approximately $7-10/month.

One time payments:
$63.33 refundable cleaning deposit
$50 refundable key deposit (unit, key fob, and mailbox key)
