Male or female, you pick your days, you can rent for one day or 6 months, or anywhere in between!

Furnished: desk, chair, bookshelf, twin sized mattress, pillow and comforter are all provided. Cable TV and Internet available.

Rent: $42/day, all utilities are included.

Need to provide first 2 week's rent (if stays longer than 2 weeks) and $200 ~ $600 deposit (refundable upon departure if no damages) to move in, depending on the length of stay.
