You’ll have access to in-unit laundry, dining room, spacious living room, family room, full kitchen, shared refrigerator, and patio. The home features a pool and beautiful gardens. You will be sharing the home with the homeowner and two tenants (all female), one Stanford affiliate and one writer. Must be ok with two friendly cats (Curry is playful and Trilby is shy).
$1500/mo and $1500 deposit comes with all utilities included (electricity, gas, internet, water, garbage, Wi-Fi, parking). Bedroom comes furnished with queen bed and mattress, desk, lamp, dresser, large closet and chair. Parking is available.
