Looking for an awesome housemate. The place is in Santa Clara, 3 bed,2.5 bath, quite spacious.

The master bedroom is available for rent. it has its own bathroom and two sinks. it is fully furnished. We get our place cleaned every other week. the room is furnished with a Cal king bed and tempurpedic mattress, wardrobe with pant hanger, shoe racks, shelves, desk and chair. The rent is $1500 plus utilities and the cleaning cost. It will be available End of March.

We are young professionals, PhD student and the other working at Google. We are pet-free, non-smoker, don't do drugs, pretty chill / laid back. we are quiet but outgoing and very friendly. we don't usually cook during the week and only cook maybe every other weekend or so. We sometimes go for a hike over the weekend or biking across golden gate.
