The house is conveniently located with Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Indian grocery stores, many popular restaurants within 2 miles radius. Highways 101 and 280, El Camino are close by, Sunnyvale Caltrain station is 10 min on bike.

The house is centrally cooled and heated. Washer and dryer are in the house. There is garage parking (2 spots), visitor’s parking spots on the premises along with plenty of street parking – so parking is never an issue – at present the tenants take turns to use the garage space.

Rent is $1400 per month. Utilities (including internet) come out to be around 100 per head per month.

The new tenant will need to sign the lease and deposit security (refundable) equal to 1 month’s rent.
