The furnished master bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Palo Alto will be available from September 1st 2016.

The apartment complex is located 2 blocks from University Avenue, 5 minute walk to groceries, bars, restaurants, 7 minute walk to the Caltrain station, 10 minute cycle to Stanford, easy reach to the 101/280 highways. There is also covered, secure parking included.

The apartment has been recently refurbished and comes furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, and state of the art appliances. There is a large dining/living area with comfortable sofas, dining table, and flat screen TV with cable/comcast and high speed internet. There is a balcony with a grill and enough space to sit outside. The room is a very large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The apartment complex also has a heated pool and common area.

You will be living with a Stanford research associate who is a graduate of Oxford University. I am a pretty relaxed, sociable and active guy, relatively busy during the week and out and about on the weekends. I love playing (and watching) sports, watching the odd movie and generally chilling out.

The place is really nice to come home to after work to relax as well as being able to entertain guests for low key drinks or dinners. The neighbourhood is quiet so no heavy drinking or crazy parties – but bars are very close by! It might in particular be suitable for (but not restricted to) local tech. employees, Medical students, Law students or MBA’s with busy schedules but need a nice place to call home!

The rate will be $2550/month all inclusive, preferably for a year long lease.
