Hi, I'm graduating soon and moving from my peaceful apartment in Menlo Park shared with 2 young professional women. The bedroom is the smaller room in the unit. There is 1 shared bathroom, tiled kitchen with plenty of shared cookware, large common area, private back patio, and laundry room in the complex. 1 minute walk from Menlo Park Caltrain, 15 minute bike ride from campus, street parking. Few minutes from Trader Joe's and Safeway.

$1050 monthly rent, ~$60-80 for utilities, wifi, and renter's insurance. Security deposit is 1-month's rent. May rent is prorated. I am moving out the morning of Saturday, May 18th. Room is available for move-in on same day. Any gender welcome (previously had male housemate as well). Month-to-month lease–new housemate should plan to stay at least 6 months. Room does not have a closet so I purchased the clothing wardrobe and small bedside dresser from previous housemate upon moving in. Hoping to leave furniture free of charge to next housemate. There are also 2 hallway closets for belongings. The vintage drawing table and 2-year-old twin mattress are also available if new housemate is interested.
