Furnished Room available for rent. The rent will be $1250 with estimated $100 in utilities for total of $1350. Our utilities charge covers the following:

1. Internet connectivity
2. Electricity, water, gas, garbage
3. A housekeeper who comes monthly cleans the house, does all the dishes, takes our garbage and will also clean your room and can do your laundry if you wish.
4. A bunch of basic household supplies - cleaning material, paper towels, disposable plates etc.
5. Covered parking for your car, Bike stand.
