3BR/1BA, fully furnished house. The kitchen and bathroom are recently renovated. The house has a lovely, succulent-filled front courtyard area. Washer and dryer access in garage. Wi-Fi and utilities are included, along with street parking. Bi-monthly cleaning of common areas included.

Your room:
The bedroom is furnished with a bed and set of drawers.
