Furnished room available in shared student house

Hi everyone! We are looking for a new roommate!

We are a group of students (Vincent, Vincent, Harrison, Eleanor, and Michael) who live together in this beautiful house. We are located in sunny East Palo Alto close to the shopping center (Ikea, Mega Mart, Home Depot etc.) and the baylands trail system, which is a 15-20 min commute from campus by car and a 20-25 min commute by bike (bus ~35min). We’ve got a spacious downstairs common area with fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room, sunny backyard with a garden and barbecue, garage for storage, and an extra full bathroom and a guest room, all the normal appliances and regular house things. Upstairs are all five bedrooms with two full bathrooms and laundry.

A little about us:
In our freetime we either hang out in the backyard or everyone does their own thing, whether it's going for a run in the baylands, bike rides exploring the bay or relaxing at home. Sometimes we all just end up on the couch.
Unfortunately, I (Vincent) will leave this wonderful house in september and would be very happy to find a friendly and respectful person who would like to share this place!

About the room:

• available from september 15.
• $1073 per month + utilities (~$100-$150)
• fully furnished (closet, shelving units, bed, desk with chair etc.)
• bike with lock (optional)
