Furnished room close to downtown Mountain View

Hello! I have a private room available in a two bedroom/one bath apartment for short-term stays (1-3 months preferable) starting mid-September.

The room is $1500 all inclusive per month. ($1600 all inclusive for November-February due to heating bill).

ABOUT THE PLACE: Two bedroom/one bath apartment within a mile of Castro St. in Mountain View. It has a nice sized kitchen with a dishwasher and a gas stove. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. The apartment is fully furnished and is a no-shoes zone. Street parking is free and easy. There is also room to store your bike outside behind the unit.

• Very easy commute to Stanford, Google, and Microsoft.
• 1-1.5 miles from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Safeway, Target
• 20-30 minute walk to CalTrain, restaurants, shops, parks, and the library in downtown Mountain View

ABOUT THE ROOM: Furnished with queen bed (barely used!). Includes a dresser, nightstand, small desk, and closet space.

ABOUT ME: I'm a 30-something female and I work at Stanford. I work from home 4 days a week and my desk is in my bedroom. When I am home, I typically unwind with some tv/podcast/reading and an occasional adult beverage. I like to keep things tidy and clutter-free.

ABOUT YOU: Ideally, you are a working professional/scholar with a routine-ish schedule. You enjoy the occasional chat and time to get to know one another, but don’t need to be besties. You are clean, considerate, communicative, and fully covid-vaccinated.
