The apartment is nicely furnished with a leather sofa and chairs, 46" Sony TV/DVD player, dishes, pots and pans,
microwave. Central heating. Laundry room. Bike storage. Single occupancy only.

The bedroom is (14'x16') with a queen bed, memory foam mattress, linens, desk, chair, lamps, and bureau. The other bedroom is occupied (since September) by a visiting proteomics scientist from China.

Terms: $1400 plus WiFi and gas/electric (negotiable for less than 6 months).

Near 280/281 samTrans bus line to Stanford Marguerite buses at the CalTrain station. Easy bike ride to campus
down Hamilton Avenue. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's nearby. Just bring your laptop and suitcase!
