The apartment is nicely furnished with 2 leather sofas, chairs, 42" Sony TV/DVD player, dishes, pots and
pans, microwave, toaster. Central heating. Laundry room. Bike storage. Single occupancy only.

The bedroom is (12'x13') with a double bed, memory foam mattress, linens, desk, chair, bureau, and lamps.
If you need to arrive a few days earlier, there is a sofabed to use temporarily.in the living room.

Terms: $1395 plus WiFi and utilities for a 6-12 month commitment. A lesser period ≥ 3 month is negotiable.

Near the 281 bus line to the Oval and campus shuttles. Easy bike ride to campus down Hamilton Avenue on
tree lined streets. Whole Foods and Town & County Trader Joe's grocery stores are on the bike route.

The apartment is on Newell Road about 1000 feet from Hamilton Avenue.
