I've just finished up my graduate degree at Stanford and am looking for someone to take over the lease for my room in Menlo Park (Sharon Heights area). It's located in a very quiet spot overlooking the pool and comes fully furnished with a queen bed, desk w/ chair, and dresser. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

Apartment also includes:

• private patio w/ table and chairs
• fully furnished living room
• stocked kitchen
• pool (shared with complex)
• coin-op laundry in building
• storage room for bikes
• lots of street parking
• very fast internet (100+ mbps)

Only a 5min walk from the Sharon Heights shopping center (which has Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, dry cleaners, etc.), 15min bike ride to Stanford campus, 20min bike ride into downtown Palo Alto, and very close to the I-280.

My roommates are two 25 y/o guys working in finance in the local area. Very laid back and easy to get along with.

Utilities usually cost another $100/mo, which includes a monthly cleaning service, so the total rent ends up being about $1383/mo. The lease goes through January 2018 with the ability to renew.
