Furnished room in 4 bedroom house with great kitchen and yard!

A roommate recently moved out and we have one bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath house available mid-October for sublet. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and dresser and the remainder of the house is fully furnished. We have a garage, yard, grill, beautiful center island kitchen with granite counter tops, a gas fire place, washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave etc. No pets or smoking. The current occupants are graduate students in the sciences and a similar-age law professional. We're fairly studious and like to keep the place decent, social but not party animals. The current occupants of this house are men, although we don't have a gender preference.

Rent: $900, cable, internet, utilities etc included.
