House is a block away from Woodside Road, roughly halfway between 101 and 280. Walking distance to Safeway and several restaurants, ~20min drive/~25min bike ride to Stanford campus, ~15min drive to SLAC

Quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of available street parking

4 roommates (3 males, 1 female) (all Stanford affiliates & alumni)

Room is on the first floor, approximately 10.5 ft x 11.5 ft, and comes furnished with a bed, TV, bookshelf, lamp, desk and chair.

Shared bathroom with 1 other housemate.

Washer & dryer in the house, additional storage in the garage, full-size kitchen (dish washer, oven, fridge/freezer), living room with shared couches, TV & dining table, backyard with yard furniture, high-speed internet

House is clean & quiet, and we expect it to remain so.

You will be sharing a parking spot with one of the roommates, also there are plenty of on-street parking space.

Room is available as soon as you can move in. We require that you commit to staying until July 31, when our current lease expires. We will most likely be renewing the lease for another year past that, and will prioritize applicants that are willing to commit until July 31 2021.

To comply with the shelter-in-place directive, we can show the room remotely (video call) first.

One-time fees: ~$25 background check on application, $980 deposit, ~$30/yr renter's insurance, $250 to cover costs of common items and furniture

Monthly costs: $980 rent, ~$30 house cleaning, $130-$200 utilities (depending on time of year)
