One bedroom is available in our 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Current tenants are young professional man and woman, recent Stanford PhD and UCLA Bruin alumni. We are in our late twenties, early thirties. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at a 5 min walking distance from Palo Alto’s California Ave and 10 min biking distance to Stanford campus.

ROOM:
One fully furnished 180 sqft bedroom in a newly renovated and spacious apartment. Queen-sized bed, nightstands, working desk, and swivel chair. Apparel closet with sliding doors.

APARTMENT:
In-unit washer/dryer/dishwasher. Large living room equipped with dining table, two sofas, and two sofa chairs. 5 min walk to Cal Ave, Caltrain, and to numerous restaurants, salons, yoga studios, groceries on Cal Ave. 10 min bike ride to the Stanford campus! The apartment has a private heated hot tub and swimming pool.

Move-in: Available now.
Move-Out or Renewal: Jun 30th 2018 or Aug 31st. Can be discussed.

RENT:
$1600/month rent + $180/month utilities/cleaning; for a 10 month contract.
$1500/month rent + $180/month utilities/cleaning; for a 12 month contract.
