Furnished Room in Mountain View (Available late December/Early January

Hi, Come help create a happy home in a great neighborhood close to Palo Alto (northern Mountain View) and a short drive to Stanford. Caltrain is within walking distance for a longer commute. I rent a 3/2 and have 1 furnished room available, with a shared bath. Utilities are 1/3. The home includes useable space in a rear semi-enclosed porch. Garage space for storage can be used. There will be 2 cats here.
I am a working middle-aged F, looking for 1 other female (preferred), who is communicative, friendly, takes care of property and pets, and who cooks (and shares a little!)! I am creative and love crafts, entrepreneurial, a couch potato at times, love to read and travel (tho who is doing that these days! oops we are starting to!)). Please be Covid careful, and must be FULLY VACCINATED WITH BOOSTER with PROOF. Pictures included, but will not tell the whole story.
