We are two mature Stanford Staffers, male and female, looking for a 3rd person to share in our peaceful, socially-conscious household. We are friendly, quiet, and busy, lean more towards clean than tidy, and are looking for someone with similar living style.

Available room is 10.5' x 10.5', furnished with full-size (aka double) folding futon bed, dresser, chest of drawers, and bedside table. Room for comfy chair, bookshelf, or small desk, if desired.

House has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. You would share the largest bathroom with the male roommate. Also large living/dining room, kitchen, garage, landscaped yard. Off street parking is available. Neighborhood is safe and secluded, very quiet.

30 minute bike ride or 20 minute drive to main campus. Conveniently located with easy access to El Camino Real and Woodside Road in Redwood City.

Rent is $1,250/month, plus utilities. Security deposit required equaling one month's rent.
