A fully furnished room (10x13) in a beautiful recently remodeled house in Redwood City will be available in early June. Walking distance to the Caltrain station, Safeway, Whole Foods, restaurants, and shops. About 20 min drive to Stanford. Current housemates are the landlady, her son (in early 20s), and two renters: a Stanford graduate student and a young professional. You will need to share the bathroom with the owner’s son. They are all very nice and easy going (and busy). Rent is $800 including everything. Washer and dryer in the house.
