• Rent is $1644 per month for large furnished bedroom
• Parking: there are two parking spots included in rent, street parking is easy
• 10-15 minute walk to Castro muni station, by bus lines
• Large balcony (with a hammock) overlooking green space
• Close to community garden and a park with awesome views of the city
• Garbage disposal and dishwasher
• Laundry in building
• Pets and smoking not allowed per lease

Roommate:
I'm an early thirties working professional who quit my job to fulfill a life-long dream of traveling the world for about a year. My current roommate is an outdoorsy guy in his late twenties who likes rock climbing, cooking, and skiing and recently returned from a stint in Norway. We're both Stanford grads. I'm looking for a chill roommate who fits well and wants to sublet my furnished master bedroom for a year while I'm traveling.
