Furnished Room Near Stanford – Female Roommate Preferred

Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to take the room next to mine in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house near Stanford. The room is available starting in late September and rent is $1,899/month. Long-term rentals only (minimum of 6 month lease). Water, sewer, parking, gardener, high speed internet, and ring camera subscription included. There are currently 2 boys occupying 2 of the other rooms.

The room comes furnished, and we would share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between our two bedrooms. The house also has an in-unit washer and dryer, and the kitchen is very new, spacious, and freshly cleaned.

The location is really convenient:

20-minute bike ride to the Stanford Oval
12-minute bike ride to Meta headquarters
10-minute bike ride to Whole Foods
13-minute bike ride to Trader Joe’s
The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and feels very comfortable and well maintained.

A little about me: I’m a recent graduate and will be working as a predoctoral research assistant at Stanford. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I’d love to find another girl who is looking for a comfortable place near campus.

The other roommates are young professionals in their early 20s working at Tesla and in the hospitality industry.
