It is located in a quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood, near Middlefield rd and Embarcadero rd in palo alto. Furnished with a single bed (drawers under bed for extra storage), a table, two chairs, lamp, a Mini fridge and a microwave . linen and bedding are provided. Neutral paint, beautiful hardwood floor. Near transportation (public bus, free palo alto city shuttles and Stanford Marguerite shuttle stop), 1.6 miles to Stanford (10-15 minutes bike ride), 1.5 miles to downtown and Cal train station (shuttle bus C or E). Plenty of street parking. Bike storage in the gated yard.

Laundry access weekly.
Utilities, WiFi and bi-weekly cleaning service are included.
Light cooking.
Single occupancy only.
No PETs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no loud noise.
No over night guests or frequent visitors.

The rent is $1150/month including all the utilities, wifi and bi-weekly cleaning service.
