I have a very beautiful 2-floor furnished townhouse apartment and subletting a private furnished bedroom (with bed, study table, dresser, lamp) for 2 months. It's a townhome style furnished apartment (2 floor) with private patio, see pictures. It's on the first floor with staircase entrance (nothing above it) in a quiet, green residential area and there is plenty of street parking.

Near bus line(s); Recycling bins located throughout the community; Easy Access to BART; Swimming Pool; Fitness Center; On Site Laundry; Jacuzzi; Street Parking;

Close To Shopping, Dining and Area Attractions etc.

Dates and Pricing:

Sublet temporary only for 1 month Nov 24-Dec 23 (while my wife is traveling) and no longer stay option available unfortunately.

Rent of $1200/month (what I pay) does not include utilities.

Total Rent will be room rent+ utilities separate to be split/month per usage (Internet + Electric Sewer + Gas + Trash + Water). One month refundable deposit is required, so your initial moving cost would be $2400 [1200 (One month rent) +$1200 (security)]. Deposit is refundable based on returning house in similar condition as given.

Myself: Married, straight male in late 20s, easy going, no nonsense fun loving guy, work at a reputed Fortune 500 co. with stable income. Happy to provide more details upon discussion.

Furnishing, Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Heating tech, Mirrored Closet Doors in Room, Private Patio, Breakfast Bars, Good storage, Furnished room and living area with couch, dining table, large HDTV etc.

Straight Male, Non-Smoker (outside smoking is fine), no drugs, and no pets
No frequent overnight guests
Vegetarian preferred (prefer no no-veg inside house please, outside it's of course your choice)
A no-nonsense financially stable roommate is must
