Move-in: From July 20th onwards (can be negotiated), with the new lease kicking off on August 1st.
The Room: You get a furnished room that includes a memory foam bed frame, mattress, memory foam pillows, gaming desk and chair, floor lamp, storage organizer, and even kitchen equipment.
Amenities: An inviting pool to relax during your downtime and free parking available onsite.
Financials: Roughly $52 per day (July 20 to 31; $619) + $500 for deposit + ~$375 Furniture (https://supost.com/post/index/129974160).
Rent: The monthly rent from August onwards will be $1562.50 per person
Bills: $45 for electric/heating and $30 for internet (800 Mbps).
Flatmate: Late 20s, male, quiet and chill person, MD and software engineer @Stanford Medicine
