4. You have to be comfortable with 2 dogs and 1 cat on premises
5. Short term, 3-6 months ok. We sign 3 months lease and after that period of time we rent it month to month.
6. $950 monthly rent + $300 deposit, Wi-Fi and all utilities are included.

We are couple in our 50, easy going, 2 dogs and a cat in the house. The dogs are often in the front yard so you have to be occasionally in contact with them.
Female owner is in the house during the day.
