Furnished with a single bed (drawers under bed for extra storage), a table, two chairs, lamp, a Mini fridge and a microwave . linen and bedding are provided. Neutral paint, beautiful hardwood floor. Near transportation (public bus, free palo alto city shuttles and Stanford Marguerite shuttle stop), 1.6 miles to Stanford (10-15 minutes bike ride), 1.5 miles to downtown and Cal train station (shuttle bus C or E). Plenty of street parking. Bike storage in the gated yard.

Laundry access weekly.
Utilities, WiFi and bi-weekly cleaning service are included.
Light cooking.
Single occupancy only.
No PETs, no smoking, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no loud noise.
