Greetings! Looking for housemates for an eichler-esque home. There are two rooms for rent, $1250-$1350/month. Both rooms will be available in late May/early June and can be furnished. Rent does not include utilities (trash, water, sewer, electric, gas, internet, house supplies) which would average about $75 -$100 per month/person - higher in the Winter and less in the Summer.

Both rooms are furnished, one room ($1250) is a traditional bedroom and the other room ($1350) has a private bathroom, small closet, backyard and side yard access, and also has access to a shared laundry room, so the person in this room would need allow scheduled access for housemates to use the washer/dryer.

We're non smokers/drinkers, work/attend Stanford, easygoing and laid back, responsible, tidy, into tech, arts, music, and the environment. Looking for someones of any color or creed or gender. Personality wise, you will fit best with us if you are an open minded, people person, mellow, easy going, clean up after yourself, conscientious, respectful, responsible, compassionate, brick and mortar employed and/or are in school.

Although the house is older, it is clean, has a good layout, natural light, washer/dryer, and a central location (Alma and E. Meadow). It's close to Stanford (20 minute bike ride), Mitchell Park/Library, Bargain Outlet Market Grocery, Shopping, Restaurants/Cafes, Highways, and CalTrain (15 Minute Bike ride). There is street parking, and no permit is necessary.

Looking for housemates who are clean/tidy, quiet, responsible, non-smoking, non-drinking, easy going, pickup/clean up after themselves in shared areas, and do their dishes after meals.
