one bedroom in 3bed/2bath house, furnished, queen bed. between campus and the dish, on junipero serra blvd, easily walkable or bikeable to campus. is available august 14th til sept 17th (or on-campus move-in date). $900 per month, +/- $30 per day difference. this is much less than I am paying. student preferred. thanks.
