The neighborhood is safe (and a bit secluded), very close to 101 and the Dumbarton. The house does have a separate dining room, living room, loft and patio. The kitchen has alot of space, all new appliances and granite counter tops. The house includes a laundry room, additional storage space and a 2 car park.
