We saw it today and felt like it would be a great opportunity to live there. We are looking to build a fun community of professionals in their early 20's.

Only catch is that there is 2 of us and we need 4 more people! As you can see the rent is $6500 and so it would range around $1000 per person, more or less depending on the size of room you take.
