I am looking for someone to take my place in my gorgeous master bedroom as I transition back to medical school at Stanford, so I have to move back down!
A little about the room and unit:

- Walk in closet with plenty of hanging and drawer spaces
- Very spacious bedroom with natural lighting, with a cute indented nook with a mirror
- The whole unit is modern and very recently renovated, including these renovations in the last 3 months:
- Brand new hardwood flooring throughout the entire home!
- New high-end gas stove/oven
- In-unit laundry washer/dryer
- Private backyard with seating, lovely protected front area with an orange tree
- The kitchen is stunning and spacious, with a marble counter top island and more than enough space for three people
- We have a private gate, so it feels very secure
- Noise has not been an issue, despite being in a very central location
- Walking distance to most of the best bars and restaurants in the city!! 4 blocks from Dolores! The location is amazing.
- The landlord is very responsive and engaged.
- Garbage is covered, but we cover other utilities, which have been quite reasonable.
- The lease runs until March, at which point the three of you will have the option to stay on.
- No more pets please - ours are lovely!!
A little about the roommates:
- P (33 , F) - works in climate consulting, loves hiking, camping, skiing, anything outside.
- K (30, F) - working towards an acupuncture degree, loves biking, has a wonderful cat (Juju)
Pets
- Kelso, golden retriever mix. Trained service animal, friendly & docile
- Juju, cat. Sweet, independent while also friendly and playful
We are so lucky to have gotten this spot in this competitive market, so we are hoping to find someone who will love the home as much as we do!
