The current residents in the other 2 bedrooms are a male working in Redwood City and a female working in Menlo Park. We're conveniently located in Redwood City just far enough off Woodside to be conveniently close to the highways and downtown but not on the busy streets. We're a pretty amazing group of people. We like to cook, bake, watch movies, throw the occasional barbecue.

The house is two floors of amazingness: ground floor is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, big kitchen, big family room currently being used as a hybrid desk space with lounging chairs. Fireplace included. The basement has been converted to a TV room, replete with mini fridge and mini bar-like booth area. The house also has a gigantic patio with lots of seating, a 2 car garage, driveway, and street parking is easy and plentiful!

This room comes with the option of a private bathroom and a spot in the garage. There's also plenty of indoor storage space for boxes/suitcases/etc. This house has a no pets policy.

Cost: 1550/month, and utilities hover around $100. Negotiation is possible (ex: not interested in the garage spot, are willing to share a bathroom, you're a celebrity chef and agree to cook dinner every night, etc.)
