Place comes with one parking spot; a second would be +$75/month.
In-unit laundry, walk-in closets, deck, central AC/heat, dishwasher, cable/internet, etc. Decent street and good visitor parking, as well as attached parking garage. Beautiful pool, package receiving. Utilities (water, sewage, cable/internet) are ~$140 - $200 per month, which we'd split. Large elevator right near our place = easier move-in, easier time bringing in groceries.
WHERE:
Perfect in downtown Redwood City (Walk score = 92). One block from: the Sequoia/RWC Caltrain station, Starbucks, Whole Foods, Safeway, shopping, etc. Can walk anywhere for food (Chipotle, Five Guys, Cafe Tartine, Vesta, Ike's Lair, Milagros), & miscellaneous needs (haircuts, dry cleaning, mani/pedis, Sequoia Vet). Less than a mile to Costco, Target, Crunch Fitness, etc., and under 5 miles to Stanford (my commute in the morning takes 10 - 15 min).
SUMMARY:
If you need an amazing apartment w/ all the amenities and want great access to RWC, the Caltrain, Stanford, etc, this is the perfect place for you. Have snagged the apartment and wish to find a great roommate to sign on to the lease as well asap (move-in July 26 - August 1).
