Grad Student looking to share/rent room June 2019-June 2020 <$1,400

Hello people looking for a cool male roommate,

I'll be starting at the Grad School of Ed starting June 24. I would like to share or rent out a room with anyone looking for one more roommate in their apartment or house until June of next year, flexible move in. Prefer to live close to the Stanford area and keep the overall cost under $1,400.
