About 1100 sq ft - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths - located in the midtown area of Palo Alto, about 3 miles from campus. Very close to the shops in midtown, such as Safeway and Starbucks (a 2 minute walk).
Sunny and quiet cul de sac location, ground floor and a small private patio. There’s a pellet stove in the living room, which is a nice feature.

Rent is $3,000/month. A 1 year lease is required.

The washer and dryer are in a separate shared room within the carport. There is no washer dryer allowed in the apartment.

Each Unit has a parking space in the carport, and my unit also has access to a shared locked, double garage for storage.
