Hi there,
we are subletting our loft for the end of the month, March 15-April 1, but the dates are somewhat flexible with regard to start and end times. This in the Mission District, just off 24th st. This is a beautiful, light-filled space that looks out on gardens, a park, and a community of wonderful people. This complex is filled with both converted lofts, work-only spaces, a school, recording studios, and on. There is probably no better location if you want to live in the city but still be close to Caltrain for the commute to Stanford. 22nd street station is 10 minutes by bike (on bike path) or 15 min walk away. This place is truly a unique find for people working in Palo Alto and wanting to live in the city.
My primary interest is in finding someone who is respectful. It is important to be a solid community member as this is indeed a community of hardworking, creative folks. The mentality is potluck not party. Your favorite indy bands have probably recorded here, you will meet very interesting, good people.
This will be a wonderful place to find your footing in San Francisco. It may be possible as a short-to-mid-term living situation. The loft will be fully furnished, the space is very clean, comfortable -- very much a home.
The sublet is for mid-March, but it may be possible to extend and possibly start early. Please enquire for further details. Please get in touch with complete info about who you are, what you're doing in SF and a contact number, some social media links are appreciated!
Please feel free to be in touch with any questions.
All the best,
Ethan & Rafael
