We’re looking for a down-to-earth somebody to join our home in Sunnyvale! Ideally, a young professional or student would make a great fit here. We’re hoping to find someone who is kind, social, respectful, reliable; and of course, relatively neat! & Sorry, we love pets but they aren’t allowed where we live!

We’re centrally located, just a 5-minute drive to downtown Sunnyvale and a 10-minute drive to Google and Apple.

We’re also just a 5-minute drive to close by shopping centers/malls like Westmoor Village Shopping Center, Shoppes at Homestead Mall, Homestead Shopping Center. Where you’ll find places like Crunch Fitness, Walgreens, CVS, Ross, Michael’s, Ulta Beauty, Chipotle, and lot’s more.

The house itself is in excellent condition, with hardwood floors everywhere, except the living room which features plush carpeting. The open-layout common area/living spaces are all fully furnished, ideal for a low maintenance move-in! The bedrooms are quite cozy and offer lots of natural sunlight.

Attached to the house is also is a 2 car garage, and large backyard covered side area for bikes and other outdoor equipment. There’s a nice spacious large private backyard with many Fruit trees, nice lawns in the back and in the front.
