We live here too (husband, wife, teen) and have furnished rooms coming available ($750 and $950) for winter quarter and beyond. Month-to-month terms; at move-in, first, last and security deposit. These are single occupancy rates. Rent includes all utilities, high-speed 1Gbps wi-fi Internet, and washer/dryer.

The resident family uses one bathroom, and the housing guests use the other bathroom, and everyone shares the kitchen and other common areas.
