A room is opening up for mid-February with flexible timeline (preferable to move-in earlier, but can discuss!). We're a co-ed house of working professionals (a mix of tech, engineering, consulting, and education; graduation years from 2011-2016) that really tries not to let that "working professionals" part define us. Mostly, our group tends to be big on traveling the world, getting out in the Bay Area, and eating well. If that's house you'd like to join, read on.

The basics?

• Rent: $1080 + utilities, typically ~$30-40/mo pp (wifi included in rent)
• Security deposit is first month's rent
• Location is south Palo Alto, along El Camino at Arastradero/Charleston (really close bike to Stanford, MV/Google, San Antonio Shopping Center, both 101 and 280)
• 5 bd/2.5ba -- you'd be sharing a bathroom with 2 other people (6 people total including you!)
• Furnished, except for the room (just add a bed)
• Street parking with rotating garage spot
• Move-in: aiming for early to mid-February, but can be flexible for earlier, and would need to negotiate details if later
• You'd be taking over a lease that ends in June, with potential option to extend for another year (allows for an trial period)
• Things we like in/about the house: heating & AC, gas stove, in-unit washer/dryer, friendly neighborhood
