Welcome to the Tech Campus House!

This house is shared by people who work in the tech sector in Silicon Valley. There are 3 Bathrooms, you will be sharing 1 of them with other housemates. Lots of room to work and relax. The House is managed by 2 co-hosts Jun - Interim Executive Director of Hacker Dojo : a non-profit tech incubator Gia - Front end developer for Genee an AI personal assistant People who've stayed at the house have been: Employees of Apple, (website hidden), Amazon, Palantir, Samsung, Intuit, Startup founders VC's and investors Academics from Stanford, CMU, Santa Clara University It is 3 streets from Apple's HQ and 1 street away from grocery & restaurants.

The rooms are both modern, with new furniture. Linens, Laundry, Bath essentials, coffee is included. Access to backyard. Shared kitchen, Shared bathroom, Common Area. Washer & Dryer detergent included Many areas to dock in and work Backyard has several seating arrangements, various fruit trees, ample street parking Front door opens via August Smart Lock app which works on IOS, Android, webapp. Please download and get access before arrival if you do not have wireless internet.

Interaction with guests: Most of us are busy during the day and come home during the evening. Everyone is social but respectful at the same time. Jun usually has some interesting stories of what's happening at Hacker Dojo & in Silicon Valley. During the weekend we may go to a hackathon, throw a soiree at the house (~20 people), or attend a function in the bay area.

Walking distance to: Apple flagship store & campus on "One infinite Loop" Vallco Shopping mall Variety of food and grocery stores one street away (Cupertino Village) 7 minutes drive / 15 minutes bicycle to De Anza College Gia has a 4 year old daughter who is at the house half the week.

Weekly maid service comes for general cleaning. Plenty of street parking space. Smoking permitted outdoors only. If you are using a shared bathroom, please try to be considerate of bathroom time. Quite time is after 12mid night.

We think that a great house culture starts with great people. We strive to have fun together, to foster positive and creative energy, to be there for each other, and to help each other with our various endeavors and pursuits. We hope that even a short stay in our home will be valuable above and beyond the eat/sleep/work space it provides.
