Great & spacious room available in Midtown Palo Alto starting September

Hi there! I'm leaving the country, which means that my spacious bedroom located in a large 5-bedroom house in Midtown Palo Alto is available! The area is great, very quiet, and safe. Common spaces include a living room, kitchen, porch, a garage for bikes and storage, in-unit laundry, and a shared bathroom (shared with 3 people).

It is within walking distance of Safeway, Walgreens, and CVS Pharmacy, and just a short bike ride or commute to the Stanford campus, Meta Headquarters (Menlo Park), or Google Headquarters (Mountain View). Street parking is always available. Your housemates (3 females/1 male) are working professionals (healthcare, yoga instructor, Stanford...). They are very nice, easygoing people! They are also fine with guests.

The room is located upstairs, where you'll also find another housemate's bedroom. Please note that the room is separated by a room divider and a thick curtain rather than a traditional door. However, this isn't an issue at all as it still feels very private and people are very respectful regarding noise at home. The other bedroom upstairs does have a standard door, and there is an additional door separating the two floors for extra privacy.

The room comes furnished with a mattress (plus bedding, including two sets of duvets and pillows), a desk, a chair, a clothes rack, and an air mattress in case you have guests over.

Short-term stays are welcome, provided you find a replacement when you leave. Earliest move-in could be August 27th.
